The Lebanese Association for development - Al Majmoua Is an Independent, Non Profit Lebanese Non Governmental Organization.
Started as a micro-credit program by save the children in 1994; Al Majmoua registered under the Lebanese ministry of interior in August 1997 and became fully autonomous on the 1st of january 1998.
Today, Al Majmoua is the leading microfinance NGO in lebanon.

Micro-Credit Products
Al Majmoua started its micro-credit activities through the provision of Group Loans exclusively to women in rural or semi-urban areas. In tune with beneficiaries evolving needs.
Al Majmoua Launched in 2001, a flexible individual lending program that is today our core financial product.
Business Development Services
Al Majmoua views development from an integrated perspective. Micro-Credit Alone may not be sufficient to sustain a small business. Non financial services play a complementary role in improving the business and the quality of life of the most vulnerable.
With its financial sustainability firmly established Al Majmoua commited itself in 2006 to offer a variety of business development services and socially oriented activities with a focus on gender and women empowerment.
